وَالشَّرْطُ الرَّابِعُ: (أَنْ لَا يَصِفَ) نَحْوُ خُفٍّ (الْبَشَرَةَ) دَاخِلَهُ (لِصَفَائِهِ) كَالزُّجَاجِ الرَّقِيقِ (أَوْ خِفَّتِهِ) ،

فَإِنْ وَصَفَ الْبَشَرَةَ لَمْ يَصِحَّ عَلَيْهِ، لِأَنَّهُ غَيْرُ سَاتِرٍ لِمَحَلِّ الْفَرْضِ أَشْبَهَ النَّعْلَ.
