(وَيَنْعَقِدُ) إحْرَامُهُ (فَاسِدًا حَالَ جِمَاعٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُبْطِلُهُ، وَلَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُ بِهِ إنْ وَقَعَ فِي أَثْنَائِهِ، وَإِنَّمَا يَفْسُدُ (وَيَلْزَمُ الْمُضِيُّ فِي فَاسِدِهِ) وَيَقْضِيهِ كَمَا يَأْتِي،
