وَيَبْطُلُ بِرِدَّةٍ لَا بِجُنُونٍ وَإِغْمَاءٍ وَسُكْرٍ وَمَوْتٍ،

(وَيَبْطُلُ) إحْرَامُهُ، وَيَخْرُجُ مِنْهُ (بِرِدَّةٍ) لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {لَئِنْ أَشْرَكْتَ لَيَحْبَطَنَّ عَمَلُكَ} ، و (لَا) يَبْطُلُ، وَلَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُ (بِجُنُونٍ وَإِغْمَاءٍ وَسُكْرٍ وَمَوْتٍ) ، لِخَبَرِ الْمُحْرِمِ الَّذِي وَقَصَتْهُ رَاحِلَتُهُ،
