(وَ) الشَّرْطُ الثَّامِنُ: (أَنْ لَا يَكُونَ) الْخُفُّ (وَاسِعًا) بِحَيْثُ (يُرَى مِنْهُ بَعْضُ مَحَلِّ فَرْضٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ غَيْرُ سَاتِرٍ لِمَحَلِّ الْفَرْضِ، أَشْبَهَ الْمُخَرَّقَ الَّذِي لَا تَنْضَمُّ بِلُبْسِهِ،
