وَلَوْ شَكَّ هَلْ أَحْرَمَ الأَوَّلُ، فَكَمَا لَوْ لَمْ يُحْرِمْ فَيَنْعَقِدُ مُطْلَقًا، فَيَصْرِفُهُ لِمَا شَاءَ.

(هَلْ أَحْرَمَ الْأَوَّلُ، فَكَمَا لَوْ لَمْ يُحْرِمْ) الْأَوَّلُ، لِأَنَّ الْأَصْلَ عَدَمٌ، (فَيَنْعَقِدُ) إحْرَامُهُ (مُطْلَقًا، فَيَصْرِفُهُ لِمَا شَاءَ) مِنْ الْأَنْسَاكِ.
