(وَيَتَّجِهُ: لَوْ تَبَيَّنَ) لِلثَّانِي (الْحَالُ) ، أَيْ: حَالُ الْأَوَّلِ مِنْ إطْلَاقٍ أَوْ تَعْيِينٍ (بَعْدَ) جَهْلِهِ بِحَالِهِ، (ف) حُكْمُهُ (مَنْ أَحْرَمَ بِنُسُكٍ وَنَسِيَهُ) ، عَلَى مَا يَأْتِي قَرِيبًا.
