(وَ) إنْ لَبِسَ الْخُفَّ الْآخَرَ (بَعْدَ حَدَثٍ) فَإِنَّهُ (يَتَعَيَّنُ) عَلَيْهِ (مَسْحُ الْأَسْفَلِ) ، لِأَنَّ الرُّخْصَةَ تَعَلَّقَتْ بِهِ،

وَإِنْ نَزَعَ الْفَوْقَانِيَّ قَبْلَ مَسْحِهِ لَمْ يُؤَثِّرْ، كَمَا لَوْ انْفَرَدَ.
