(وَلَوْ وَكَّلَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْحَلَالَ فِي الْعَقْدِ، (حَلَالًا) - حَالٌ مِنْ الضَّمِيرِ الْمُسْتَتِرِ فِي: وَكَّلَ - (فَأَحْرَمَ) مُوَكِّلٌ، (فَعَقَدَهُ) الْوَكِيلُ (حَالَ إحْرَامِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْمُوَكِّلِ؛ (لَمْ يَصِحَّ) الْعَقْدُ لِلْخَبَرِ،
