(وَلَا يَنْعَزِلُ وَكِيلُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْحَلَالِ فِي الْعَقْدِ (بِإِحْرَامِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْمُوَكِّلِ، (فَإِذَا حَلَّ، عَقَدَهُ) وَكِيلُهُ لِزَوَالِ الْمَانِعِ.
