وَيَمْسَحُ مُقِيمٌ مُطْلَقًا وَعَاصٍ بِسَفَرِهِ يَوْمًا وَلَيلَةً مِنْ حَدَثٍ بَعْدَ لُبْسٍ إلَى مِثْلِهِ.

(وَيَمْسَحُ مُقِيمٌ مُطْلَقًا) مُطِيعًا أَوْ عَاصِيًا، (وَعَاصٍ بِسَفَرِهِ) كَآبِقٍ (يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً مِنْ حَدَثٍ بَعْدَ لُبْسٍ إلَى مِثْلِهِ) أَيْ: مِثْلِ وَقْتِ ابْتِدَاءِ الْحَدَثِ.
