(لَكِنْ يَلْزَمُهُ نِصْفُ الْمَهْرِ) فِي الثَّانِيَةِ (تَبْعِيضًا لِلْحُكْمِ) ؛ لِأَنَّ إقْرَارَهُ عَلَيْهَا غَيْرُ مَقْبُولٍ فِي إسْقَاطِ حَقِّهَا؛ لِأَنَّهُ خِلَافُ الظَّاهِرِ،
