(وَيَصِحُّ) النِّكَاحُ (مَعَ جَهْلِهِمَا) ، أَيْ: الزَّوْجَيْنِ (وُقُوعَهُ) ، بِأَنْ جَهِلَا: هَلْ وَقَعَ حَالَ إحْرَامِ أَحَدِهِمَا أَوْ إحْلَالِهِمَا؟ لِأَنَّ الظَّاهِرَ مِنْ عُقُودِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ الصِّحَّةُ
