وَلَهُ تَقدِيمُهَا عَلَى فِعْلٍ مَحْظُورٍ عُذْرٍ ، نَحْو حَلْقٍ، وَيَأْتِي.

(وَلَهُ تَقْدِيمُهَا) ، أَيْ: الْفِدْيَةُ (عَلَى فِعْلٍ مَحْظُورٍ) إذَا احْتَاجَ إلَى فِعْلِهِ (لِعُذْرٍ) ، كَأَنْ يَحْتَاجُ إلَى (نَحْوِ حَلْقٍ) وَلُبْسٍ وَطِيبٍ، (وَيَأْتِي) ذَلِكَ.
