(وَمَنْ لَمْ يَصُمْ الثَّلَاثَةَ فِي أَيَّامِ مِنًى) وَهِيَ: أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ، (صَامَ بَعْدَ) ذَلِكَ (عَشَرَةً) كَامِلَةً، (وَعَلَيْهِ دَمٌ) ، لِتَأْخِيرِهِ وَاجِبًا عَنْ مَنَاسِكِ الْحَجِّ عَنْ وَقْتِهِ، كَتَأْخِيرِ رَمْيِ جِمَارٍ عَنْهَا (مُطْلَقًا) ، أَيْ: لِعُذْرٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ،
