(لَا) يُكَفِّرُ (مَنْ لَبِسَ) مَخِيطًا نَاسِيًا أَوْ جَاهِلًا أَوْ مُكْرَهًا، (أَوْ تَطَيَّبَ) نَاسِيًا أَوْ جَاهِلًا أَوْ مُكْرَهًا، (أَوْ غَطَّى رَأْسَهُ فِي حَالِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ) ، لِقَوْلِهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: «عُفِيَ لِأُمَّتِي عَنْ الْخَطَإِ وَالنِّسْيَانِ، وَمَا اُسْتُكْرِهُوا عَلَيْهِ» (وَلَا) كَفَّارَةَ (عَلَى مُكْرَهَةٍ) عَلَى فِعْلِ شَيْءٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ.
