وَالْعَاجِزُ عَنْ إيصَالِهِ لِلْحَرَمِ حَتَّى بِوَكِيلِهِ، يَنْحَرُهُ حَيثُ قَدَرَ، وَيُفَرِّقُهُ بِمَنْحَرِهِ،

(وَالْعَاجِزُ عَنْ إيصَالِهِ) ، أَيْ: مَا وَجَبَ ذَبَحَهُ بِالْحَرَمِ، (لِلْحَرَمِ حَتَّى بِوَكِيلِهِ، يَنْحَرُهُ حَيْثُ قَدَرَ، وَيُفَرِّقُهُ بِمَنْحَرِهِ) ، لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى:{لا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلا وُسْعَهَا}
