(فَإِنْ ذَبَحَ) مَنْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ دَمٌ مُطْلَقٌ (إحْدَاهُمَا) ، أَيْ: بَدَنَةً، أَوْ بَقَرَةً، فَهُوَ (أَفْضَلُ) مِمَّا تَقَدَّمَ، لِأَنَّهَا أَوْفَرُ لَحْمًا، وَأَنْفَعُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ (وَتَجِبُ كُلُّهَا) ، لِأَنَّهُ اخْتَارَ الْأَعْلَى لِأَدَاءِ فَرْضِهِ، فَكَانَ كُلُّهُ وَاجِبًا، كَمَا لَوْ اخْتَارَ الْأَعْلَى مِنْ خِصَالِ الْكَفَّارَةِ.
