وَإِنْ جَنَى بِحَرَمٍ أَوْ مُحْرِمٌ عَلَى حَامِلٍ، فَأَلْقَتْ مَيِّتًا؛ ضَمِنَ نَقْصَهَا فَقَطْ، كَمَا لَوْ جَرَحَهَا.
