(وَإِنْ وَقَعَ) صَيْدٌ جَرَحَهُ (فِي مَاءٍ) يَقْتُلُهُ مِثْلُهُ، أَوْ لَا، فَمَاتَ، ضَمِنَهُ، (أَوْ تَرَدَّى) بَعْدَ، جُرْحِهِ مِنْ عُلُوٍّ (فَمَاتَ؛ ضَمِنَهُ) جَارِحُهُ، لِتَلَفِهِ بِسَبَبِهِ.
