وَأنَّ مَجْنُونَةً نَوَى غَسْلَهَا كَمَيِّتٍ،

(وَ) يَتَّجِهُ أَيْضًا (أَنَّ مَجْنُونَةً نَوَى) مُكَلَّفٌ (غَسْلَهَا) لِحِلِّ وَطْءٍ (كَمَيِّتٍ) فِي أَنَّ الْمَاءَ الْمُنْفَصِلَ عَنْ أَعْضَائِهَا يَصِيرُ مُسْتَعْمَلًا، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
