وَلَا يَحِلُّ مَا وُجِدَ بِسَبَبِ مَوْتِهِ بِالحَرَمِ.

(وَلَا يَحِلُّ مَا) ، أَيْ: صَيْدٌ، (وُجِدَ لِسَبَبِ مَوْتِهِ بِالْحَرَمِ) ، تَغْلِيبًا لِلْحَظْرِ، كَمَا لَوْ وُجِدَ سَبَبُهُ فِي الْإِحْرَامِ، فَهُوَ مَيْتَةٌ.
