مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) إنْ انْكَسَرَ (بِفِعْلِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْآدَمِيِّ، فَإِنَّهُ (يَحْرُمُ انْتِفَاعٌ بِهِ مُطْلَقًا) ، أَيْ: لَا يَنْتَفِعُ بِهِ هُوَ وَلَا غَيْرُهُ، لِأَنَّهُ مَمْنُوعٌ مِنْ إتْلَافِهِ، لِحُرْمَةِ الْحَرَمِ.
