مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَإِنْ اُسْتُخْلِفَ شَيْءٌ مِنْهَا) ، أَيْ: الْحَشِيشُ وَالْوَرَقُ وَالشَّجَرُ وَنَحْوُهُ؛ (سَقَطَ ضَمَانُهُ) كَرِيشِ صَيْدٍ نَتَفَهُ وَعَادَ، (كَرَدِّ شَجَرَةٍ، فَثَبَتَتْ وَيُضْمَنُ نَقْصُهَا) ، أَيْ: الْمَرْدُودَةِ (إنْ كَانَ) لِتَسَبُّبِهِ فِيهِ.
