(وَ) إذَا صِيدَ مِنْ حَرَمِ الْمَدِينَةِ صَيْدٌ وَذُكِّيَ فَ (تَصِحُّ تَذْكِيَتُهُ) ، لِعَدَمِ تَأْثِيرِ هَذِهِ الْحُرْمَةِ فِي زَوَالِ مِلْكِ الصَّيْدِ نَصًّا.
