وَيَبْتَدِئُ لِحَدَثٍ فِيهِ وَقَطْعٍ طَويلٍ

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَبْتَدِئُ) الطَّوَافَ (لِحَدَثٍ فِيهِ) تَعَمَّدَهُ أَوْ سَبَقَهُ بَعْدَ أَنْ يَتَطَهَّرَ كَالصَّلَاةِ، (وَ) يَبْتَدِئُهُ (لِقَطْعٍ طَوِيلٍ) عُرْفًا، لِأَنَّ الْمُوَالَاةَ شَرْطٌ فِيهِ كَالصَّلَاةِ، «وَلِأَنَّهُ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ - وَالَى طَوَافَهُ، وَقَالَ: خُذُوا عَنِّي مَنَاسِكَكُمْ»
