(وَيَتَّجِهُ: نَدْبُ إعَادَةِ طَوَافِ حَجٍّ وَسَعْيِهِ احْتِيَاطًا) ، وَهَذَا بِنَاءً عَلَى أَنَّ الطَّوَافَ الَّذِي قُدِّرَتْ صِحَّتُهُ مُجْزِئٌ، وَلَا يَلْزَمُهُ إعَادَةُ غَيْرِ السَّعْيِ فَقَطْ، لَكِنَّ الِاحْتِيَاطَ إعَادَةُ الطَّوَافِ وَالسَّعْيِ، لِيَصْدُقَ عَلَيْهِ الْتِزَامُ الْأَشَدِّ،
