وَتَعَدُّدٍ في جِنْسٍ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ غَالٍ بِدُونِهِ، فَبَدَنَتَانِ بِتِسْعَةٍ ، أَفْضَلُ من بَدَنَةٍ بِعَشَرَةٍ،

(وَتَعَدُّدٍ فِي جِنْسٍ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ غَالٍ بِدُونِهِ) أَيْ: التَّعَدُّدِ، سَأَلَ ابْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْإِمَامَ أَحْمَدَ (فَ) قَالَ لَهُ: (بَدَنَتَانِ) سَمِينَتَانِ (بِتِسْعَةٍ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ بَدَنَةٍ بِعَشَرَةٍ) أَمْ لَا؟ قَالَ: بَدَنَتَانِ أَعْجَبُ إلَيَّ.
