مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) تُجْزِئُ (بَدَنَةٌ أَوْ بَقَرَةٌ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ فَأَقَلَّ لَا أَكْثَرَ) ، وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَعَائِشَةَ، لِحَدِيثِ جَابِرٍ:«نَحَرْنَا بِالْحُدَيْبِيَةِ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الْبَدَنَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ، وَالْبَقَرَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ» رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.
