(فَلَوْ ذَبَحَهُ) أَيْ: التَّطَوُّعَ (بَعْدُ) وَتَصَدَّقَ بِهِ، فَلَحْمٌ لَا أُضْحِيَّةٌ يَصْنَعُ بِهِ (مَا شَاءَ كَذَبْحٍ قَبْلَ وَقْتِهِ) فَلَمْ يُجْزِئْهُ كَالصَّلَاةِ قَبْلَ وَقْتِهَا، وَوَقْتُ ذَبْحِ هَدْيٍ وَاجِبٍ بِفِعْلٍ مَحْظُورٍ
