(وَمَنْ مَاتَ بَعْدَ ذَبْحِهَا) أَوْ قَبْلَهُ (قَامَ وَارِثُهُ مُقَامَهُ) فِي الْأَكْلِ وَالْإِهْدَاءِ وَالصَّدَقَةِ كَسَائِرِ حُقُوقِهِ، وَلَا تُبَاعُ فِي دَيْنِهِ.
