وَإِنْ مَنَعَ الْفُقَرَاءَ مِنْهُ حَتَّى أَنَتَنَ، ضَمِنَ نَقْصهُ، إنْ انتَفَعَ بِهِ، وَإِلا فَقِيمَتَهُ.

(وَإِنْ مَنَعَ الْفُقَرَاءَ مِنْهُ) أَيْ: مِنْ أَخْذِهِ (حَتَّى أَنْتَنَ ضَمِنَ نَقْصَهُ إنْ انْتَفَعَ بِهِ، وَإِلَّا) يَنْتَفِعْ بِهِ (فَ) يَضْمَنْ (قِيمَتَهُ) قَالَهُ فِي الْفُصُولِ.
