مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ هَذَا) أَيْ: الْأَخْذُ مِنْ شَعْرِهِ وَظُفْرِهِ وَبَشَرَتِهِ مَمْنُوعٌ (فِي) حَقِّ (غَيْرِ مُتَمَتِّعٍ حَلَّ) إذْ يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَلْقُ أَوْ التَّقْصِيرُ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
