(وَلَا) يَجُوزُ (بَيْعُهُ) أَيْ: مَا تَعَيَّنَ (فِي دَيْنٍ وَلَوْ بَعْدَ مَوْتٍ) كَعِتْقِ مَعِيبٍ عَنْ كَفَّارَتِهِ، فَإِنَّهُ يَعْتِقُ وَلَا يُجْزِئُ عَنْ الْكَفَّارَةِ
