(وَإِنْ نَذَرَ بَدَنَةً أَجْزَأَتْهُ بَقَرَةٌ إنْ أَطْلَقَ) الْبَدَنَةَ كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ فِي الْوَاجِبِ بِأَصْلِ الشَّرْعِ (وَإِلَّا) يُطْلِقْ الْبَدَنَةَ، بِأَنْ نَوَى مُعَيَّنَةً (لَزِمَهُ مَا نَوَاهُ) . كَمَا لَوْ عَيَّنَهُ بِلَفْظِهِ
