وإنْ عَيَّنَ شَيئًا لِغَيرِ الحَرَمِ، وَلَا مَعصِيَةَ فِيهِ تَعَيَّنَ ذَبحًا وَتَفْرِيقًا لِفُقَرَائِهِ أَوْ إطلَاقُهُ لَهُمْ.

(وَإِنْ عَيَّنَ) بِنَذْرِهِ (شَيْئًا لِمَوْضِعٍ غَيْرِ الْحَرَمِ، وَلَا مَعْصِيَةَ فِيهِ) أَيْ: النَّذْرِ لِذَلِكَ الْمَكَانِ (تَعَيَّنَ ذَبْحًا وَتَفْرِيقًا لِفُقَرَائِهِ) أَيْ: ذَلِكَ الْمَوْضِعِ (أَوْ إطْلَاقُهُ لَهُمْ) فِي مَوْضِعِهِمْ.
