(لَا) يُسَهَّمُ (لِمُخْذِلٍ وَمُرْجِفٍ وَنَحْوِهِمَا) كَرَامٍ بَيْنَنَا بِفِتَنٍ، وَمُكَاتِبٍ بِأَخْبَارِنَا، لِأَنَّهُ مَمْنُوعٌ مِنْ الدُّخُولِ مَعَ الْجَيْشِ، أَشْبَهَ الْفَرَسَ الْعَجِيفَ (وَلَوْ تَرَكَ ذَلِكَ) ، أَيْ: التَّخْذِيلَ وَالْإِرْجَافَ وَنَحْوَهُ، (وَقَاتَلَ) لِعِصْيَانِهِ (وَلَا يُرْضَخُ لَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمُخْذِلِ وَالْمُرْجِفِ وَنَحْوِهِ،
