(وَإِنْ رَأَى إمَامٌ الْمَصْلَحَةَ فِي إسْقَاطِهِ) أَيْ: الْخَرَاجِ (عَمَّنْ لَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْإِمَامُ، (وَضَعَهُ) فِيهِ مِمَّنْ يَدْفَعُ عَنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، أَوْ يَنْفَعُهُمْ كَفَقِيهٍ، وَمُؤَذِّنٍ وَنَحْوِهِ (جَازَ) لَهُ إسْقَاطُهُ عَنْهُ، إذْ لَا
