(وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَيَبْطُلُ) أَمَانٌ زَادَتْ مُدَّتُهُ عَلَى عَشْرِ سِنِينَ (فِيمَا) ، أَيْ: فِي الْقَدْرِ الَّذِي (زَادَ) عَلَيْهَا (فَقَطْ) ، لَا فِي كُلِّهِ كَتَفْرِيقِ الصَّفْقَةِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
