(وَلَا يَنْقُضُهُ) ، أَيْ: أَمَانُ مُسْلِمٍ (إمَامٌ) حَيْثُ صَحَّ لِوُقُوعِهِ لَازِمًا (إلَّا إذَا خَافَ خِيَانَةً) مِمَّنْ أُعْطِيَهُ فَيَنْقُضُهُ، لِفَوَاتِ شَرْطِهِ ،
