(وَمَنْ طَلَبَ) مِنْ الْكُفَّارِ (الْكَفَّ لِيَدُلَّ عَلَى كَذَا) ، فَبَعَثَ مَعَهُ قِوَامًا لِيَدُلَّهُمْ (فَامْتَنَعَ) مِنْ الدَّلَالَةِ، (ضَرَبَ عُنُقَهُ) ، لِأَنَّهُ فِي مَعْنَى الْأَمَانِ الْمُعَلَّقِ بِشَرْطٍ، وَلَمْ يُوجَدْ شَرْطُهُ.
