قَالَ فِي " الْفُرُوعِ ": (وَيَتَوَجَّهُ مِثْلُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمُشْتَبَهُ الْمَذْكُورُ (لَوْ نُسِيَ) بِالْبِنَاءِ لِلْمَفْعُولِ، (أَوْ اشْتَبَهَ مَنْ لَزِمَهُ قَوَدٌ) بِمَنْ لَا يَلْزَمُهُ، فَيَحْرُمُ قَتْلُهُ
