(إلَّا الْمَرْأَةَ) ، إذَا أُسِرَتْ ثُمَّ أُطْلِقَتْ، بِشَرْطِ أَنْ تَرْجِعَ إلَيْهِمْ، (فَلَا) يَحِلُّ لَهَا أَنْ (تَرْجِعَ) لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {فَلا تَرْجِعُوهُنَّ إِلَى الْكُفَّارِ} وَلِأَنَّهُ تَسْلِيطٌ عَلَى وَطْئِهَا حَرَامًا
