وَإنْ أَمِنَت حَرْبِيَّةٌ وَتَزَوَّجَتْ ذِمِّيًّا بِدَارِنَا، ثم أَرَادَت الرُّجُوعَ لَمْ تُمنَعُ إذَا رَضِيَ.

(وَإِنْ أَمِنَتْ حَرْبِيَّةٌ) بِأَنْ دَخَلَتْ دَارَنَا بِأَمَانٍ، (وَتَزَوَّجَتْ ذِمِّيًّا بِدَارِنَا، ثُمَّ أَرَادَتْ الرُّجُوعَ) إلَى دَارِ الْحَرْبِ (لَمْ تُمْنَعْ إذَا رَضِيَ) زَوْجُهَا، أَوْ فَارَقَهَا وَانْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا عَلَى مَا يَأْتِي فِي الْعِدَدِ
