(وَالْغَنِيُّ مِنْهُمْ مَنْ عَدَّهُ النَّاسُ غَنِيًّا) عُرْفًا، لِأَنَّ الْمَقَادِيرَ تَوْقِيفِيَّةٌ، وَلَا تَوْقِيفَ هُنَا، فَوَجَبَ رَدُّهُ إلَى الْعُرْفِ كَالْقَبْضِ وَالْحِرْزِ.
