مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَيْسَ لِكَافِرٍ دُخُولُ مَسْجِدٍ) مِنْ مَسَاجِدِ الْحِلِّ (وَلَوْ أَذِنَ) لَهُ فِيهِ (مُسْلِمٌ) " لِأَنَّ عَلِيًّا بَصَرَ بِمَجُوسِيٍّ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ، فَنَزَلَ وَضَرَبَهُ وَأَخْرَجَهُ " وَهُوَ قَوْلُ عُمَرَ، وَلِأَنَّ حَدَثَ الْجَنَابَةِ وَالْحَيْضِ يَمْنَعُ، فَالشِّرْكُ أَوْلَى.
