(أَوْ زَنَى بِمُسْلِمَةٍ) ، لِمَا " رُوِيَ عَنْ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ رُفِعَ إلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ أَرَادَ اسْتَكْرَاهُ امْرَأَةٍ مُسْلِمَةٍ عَلَى الزِّنَا، فَقَالَ: مَا عَلَى هَذَا صَالَحْنَاكُمْ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ، فَصُلِبَ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ ".
