مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ هَذَا) ؛ أَيْ: اعْتِبَارُ الْقَبْضِ، أَوْ الْإِقْبَاضِ: (لِصِحَّةِ الْبَيْعِ إذَنْ) ؛ أَيْ: وَقْتَ التَّنَاوُلِ، (وَإِلَّا؛ فَيَصِحُّ) الْبَيْعُ (بِقَبْضٍ مُتَأَخِّرٍ) عَنْ التَّنَاوُلِ.

- وَإِنْ تَرَاخَى الْقَبْضُ - لِعُمُومِ الْبَلْوَى بِذَلِكَ، وَهَذَا الِاتِّجَاهُ تَقَدَّمَ آنِفًا مَعَنَا.
