مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(لَا) يَسْقُطُ خِيَارُهُ (إنْ اسْتَعْمَلَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْبَيْعَ الْمَوْصُوفَ، أَوْ الْمُتَقَدِّمَةَ رُؤْيَتُهُ (بِطَرِيقِ رَدٍّ؛ كَرُكُوبِ دَابَّةٍ) لِيَرُدَّهَا، (وَحَلْبِ شَاةٍ) ؛ لِلِاخْتِبَارِ، (وَطَحْنِ رَحًى؛ لِلِاخْتِبَارِ) ؛ لِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ، لَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى الرِّضَا بِالنَّقْصِ، أَوْ التَّغَيُّرِ.
