(وَإِنْ أَسْقَطَ) مُشْتَرٍ (حِصَّةَ مَنْ رُدَّ) بِنَقْصِ صِفَةٍ شُرِطَتْ أَوْ تَغَيَّرَ بَعْدَ رُؤْيَةٍ (فَلَا أَرْشَ) لَهُ؛ لِأَنَّ الصِّفَةَ لَا يُعْتَاضُ عَنْهَا، وَكَالْمُسْلَمِ فِيهِ.
