مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَإِنْ أَحْضَرَ) بَائِعٌ مَا نَسَجَهُ مِنْ الثَّوْبِ، وَأَحْضَرَ بَقِيَّتَهُ (لُحْمَتَهُ وَبَاعَهَا) ، أَيْ: اللُّحْمَةَ (مَعَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: مَعَ الثَّوْبِ، (وَشَرَطَ) مُشْتَرٍ (عَلَى بَائِعٍ نَسْجَهُ) ، أَيْ: الثَّوْبِ؛ (صَحَّ) الْبَيْعُ وَالشَّرْطُ؛ إذْ هُوَ اشْتِرَاطُ مَنْفَعَةِ الْبَائِعِ عَلَى مَا يَأْتِي فِي الشُّرُوطِ فِي الْبَيْعِ.
